For Element/Matrix, E2EE must be enabled when creating a room or discussion.
We support our customers to ensure its proper implementation.
Only metadata necessary for operation (timestamps, connection IP),
with limited retention and in compliance with the GDPR. No encrypted content is accessible to our teams.
Transfer links are temporary and configured to expire automatically.
Once received, the file is integrated into our internal processes and deleted from the dropbox.
The keys are generated and stored on the client side, in the browser or application.
They never pass through our servers, in accordance with the zero-knowledge model.
